The Most Amazing and Mangnificent: Kangal Dog

We are very proud to bring you this Canadian site representing a handful of Kangal Dog owners with a great appreciation, love and passion for the breed. We care deeply about the welfare and well-being of Kangal Dogs in Canada and Internationally. Our long-term goal is to continue to promote the breed, educate, provide information, and offer access to a wide variety of resources that are already available world-wide.

Furthermore, one of our main goals is to support our friends at Kangal Dogs International in the great work that they do to preserve the breed and raise money for Kangal rescue efforts.

If you are interested in supporting this cause, please check out  their website as well as their online store offering calendars, shirts and high-quality leather dog collars.

Finally, our hope is not only to find homes for Kangal Dogs in Canada, but also to educate future owners about the enormous privilege of owning a Livestock Guardian dog and a huge responsibility  that comes along with it.  We hope to find homes for Kangal dogs currently living in shelters and that these homes are well prepared for the challenges that a strong and independent breed may present with.

If you are looking to purchase a Kangal Puppy, feel free to start by viewing our links, but also do your own research before selecting a Kangal Dog breeder. Prior to purchasing a puppy, make sure to investigate the Kangal Dog Rescue in Germany: Herdenschutzhund-Service e.v. You may contact them via email at info@Herdenschutzhund-Service.de.

More questions about Kangal dog ownership? We encourage you to continue learning about the breed, and make sure to check out our link and resource page.
